Franken holiday locations

I'd come close to recommending Gräfenberg and the 5-Seidla-Steig region, but it's not exactly what I'd call entirely flat, particularly the bit between Weissenohe and Gräfenberg. Still, five brewery-pubs in four towns, all worth a visit, and both Gräfenberg and Weissenohe have train stations. Lindenbräu in Gräfenberg offers hotel-room lodging at reasonable rates.
