Also, today is 23 April and your party is 22 June - only 2 months for lagering?" The brewer says, the short time is no problem. As I have no clue about brewing I left everything else to him. As soon as I know the other ingredients, I'll let you know. I think he'll brew the stuff at his university (Weihenstephan). |
