I have tried it on 1th may in Breitengüßbach. Some facts: 5.3% vol. alc. brown (EBC ca. 50) light brown foam Image (from Norbert Krines on Facebook): https://fbcdn-sphotos-a-a.akamaihd.net/hphotos-ak-ash3/603683_538537436187517_1640215435_n.jpg malts: Wiener Art, Münchener Art, Melanoidinmalz and Röstmalz. Top fermented, hops: Spalter Perle, Spalter Select und Spalt Spalter. odor: hazelnut, coffee taste: a little bit sweet, toffee, but good balanced with enough hops. It is reminiscent of a dark German wheatbeer, but has in contrast a little sour, refreshing taste form the ale yeast and not so much chocolate (as p.e. Hofmühl Dunkles Hefeweißbier or Andechser Dunkel Weißbier). Very drinkable.
