Metzgerbräu [So is it a good beer?]

To be clear, it is Lippert who is a "home brewer" brewing in his shed. The two beers of his that I sampled were OK but not great. Metzgerbräu has a brand new, state of the art brewery, and the beer I had there (brewed on the older, less state of the art system) was excellent.
