Your top 3 favourite Franconian weizen beers?

I certainly would hate to nitpick, but gut as Gutmann is, Franconian it isn't. Possibly the best Weizenbier around though. Another one is Rittmayer of Hallerndorf, which gets brewed for quite a few breweries like Roppelt.
