5 days in Bamberg what are the essentials

The first week of October, in Bamberg, if the weather's nice, you should find the Kellers open. In the country, some will have closed for the traditional end of season by 30 Sep. Others will still be open if the weather's nice enough.

First week in November, OTOH.....
