| Wait. Bockbier strength? No, I certainly don't recall that, and I would've. Maybe that was a Maibock? They say over at that website where they let just any old non-trained people assign ratings to beers, that it's confirmed to be 5.5%. They also talk about "vom Fass" and "draught", without specifying whether that's Bauchfass, keg, or tank. I'll trust your recollection of a Bauchfass on the bar (rather than a keg). (And all the adjectives flying around!) |
