Other Maltings in Franken?

The Erlangen maltings would probably be Klostermalz, west of Erlangen proper in Frauenaurach.

Weyermann most certainly does make its own Rauchmalz. The "rumor" that they don't isn't just hearsay, it's pure rubbish and should be ignored.
