Düsseldorfer Beer

It is hard to say, which one of the excellent Duesseldorf breweries is the best… But IMHO the most succesful candidates are Schumacher and Uerige. Great beers, well hopped, no doubt! Schlüssel is good, Kürzer is also well drinkable, Füchschen is only a shadow of its former self nowadays…
But it was a superb idea to create the 1838 ( to celebrate the 175. anniversary of the Schumacher Brauerei). At the moment the most aromatic Altbier!
I'm sure that Duesseldorf is the best place to sample german beers outside of Franconia!
