| Probably the last day of proper Kellerwetter for a while, meaning >20° and sunny. Probably off to the Stiebie Keller again, hopefully he's got the 1000L tank sorted, since it was supposedly keg dispense there on Friday. Not that it was that bad, mind. Yesterday, a lovely Sunday, IOW huge business day for Keller(s), Roppelt's was closed for Frau Roppelt's 80th birthday. She no longer spends much time at the grill at the Keller, rather, at a table. But I wouldn't have guessed she's 80. I shudder at the thought of hundreds of Nürnberger(s) driving up by car or arriving by bus 265 only to find the place closed yesterday. Jürgen, where is that photo from that you sent me? Was it a Rotbier? |
