| I was in Martin twice in 2013. On the first visit, we were on the brewery excursion - Definitively the oldest brewery (kettles, ..) I have ever seen. From what I understood, they brew only 7-times per year. Beer was above the average. On the second visit, Gaststätte didn't smell nice (seemed like burned diesel, or something like that ), and the beer was contaminated (which was for first time that I have noticed this in Franken brewery after many many beer trips), so we were going to other place. But I can't do any conclusions after two visits (as it is sometimes strange; last visit I had poor beer even in Witzgall and in Heckenhof, which didn't happened before to me... ) |
