DO NOT miss out on Bärlauch- & Spargelsaison! Just had a fabulous bowl of Bärlauchcremesuppe, pity the Freisinger Bier ain't up to similar snuff. Drinkable though, in a pinch. (Must be the best time of year in Franken for veggies.)
