Miami Beach

If Miami Beach isn't too far from Fort Lauderdale, the Abbey Brewing Company could be worth a visit. White Castle cheeseburgers washed down with the house IPA in a dive bar with downhome blues in the background - what better way of spending a September afternoon when you should be attending a conference on emerging market debt? This was 1998, mind you, and the ABV of the house beers seems to have inched a little higher since then, but I may be mistaken..
