| For a few days, anyway, from tomorrow. A night in a hotel near MUC airport with the Freisinger Hofbräu beers on, then 4 nights in that place where every single German I've ever encountered wants to fly to, southern Florida. Ft. Lauderdale, more precisely. Looks pretty grim for beer, with shocking prices, based on what little I see at r8beer's map. If anyone has any ideas of places to try, especially south or southwest of FLL airport, please speak up. I'll be there for a family function, so not sure how much time I'll be spending out and about, but hopefully at least *some*. Also, ATL airport? Have an hour or two there, connexions permitting. It'll be my first time over the Atlantic in 8 years. Last time, you could even bring your own fluids on board! |
