Ebing - Hoefen - Freudeneck

I asked Juergen but he coulkdn't remember exactly - if anyone has done the walk Ebing - Hoefen - Freudeneck- Ebing, can you remember how far each leg is?  Also, is it reasonably level or a lot of hills?
