Gerhard,

We picked Abseits because we wanted you to be there. I had forgotten about Canalissimo. Maybe we could meet at the venue -- or somewhere else and head to the venue

The logistic of things are this: Mark arrives from the states on July 25. I was planning on leaving Bamberg on July 24 or 25 but Barry convinced me (it wasn't that hard) to delay my departure so we could have a get together. Barry will come up from Eschwo for the day.

Another reason for Abseits was in case we have to carry Jürgen from the station -- so he can still say he has never set foot in Bamberg :)

It is not any big deal, just a chance for some people who meet here virtually to meet in person.
