I declined to mention Oberpfälzer Hof  because it did not seem to meet Gunnar's criteria but, yes, they do serve Zoigl.  I think Wednesday is ruhetag and I don't know who brews for the - probably Robert Sperber of Binner.  I've never been in Zum Waldnaabtal so can't comment.
