| No, I told him I'm not a fan of the U, that's it's too bland for its alcohol content, specifically compared to the likes of Griess & Roppelt. He says he brews it for himself, not for anyone else, and thus there is a diversity of such beers round here. Fair enough. I learnt that between the two of us, we've personally met all three suriviving members of Led Zeppelin. And he's a big fan of the Pelican brewpub in Oregon, as everyone should be. US Mahr's fans might be in for a new surprise or two in the future...I didn't really follow the details, having been distracted by pleasant weather and beer. I couldn't recall exactly what it was you wanted to discuss with him or I might've brought it up. |
