| I can't remember exactly the taste of the last year, but it's the same receipt and also the same official description ( I have asked the brewmaster Andreas Dorn). And for me: it's the same taste. We are tapping now the last liters (of 3 KEGs). I can't say if we will change to the next beer. We have also some cases with bottles. The Hoptimum is also available at the Nuremberg Beerfestival. I will visit this festival on sunday. The beer following the Hoptimum Pale Ale is a new beer from Andy Gänstaller. It's a so-called "Gänstaller-Bräu R.A.S. (Red Amber Saphir)": 4 malts, including roasted malt (without Färbebier). Saphir late hopped. 4.8% vol. alc. 21 IBU. I haven't tasted before buying. After the RAS I will tap the Gänstaller-Bräu F.X.G. Rauchmärzen. I get this beer the next week. |
