I don't want to tread on Mosquit's toes (it's his home turf, after all), but you could also try the Prague Beer Museum. The other week, my brother and I visited the branch at Náměstí Míru, Americká 341/43, Prague 2 - seating outside (benches on the pavement), a no-smoking room and 30 Bohemian beers on tap. We enjoyed the food as well, and it's easy to get to, only a few yards from the Náměstí Míru metro station. With five- and ten-beer tasters available, it could be a good place to visit if you only have a limited amount of time.
There's another branch (actually the first to open) in the Old Town at Dlouhá 46, Prague 1.
Prices were high for Prague but eminently reasonable compared with southern England/Amsterdam.
There's a podcast on Radio Prague about it here.
