Ah yes!  After a bit of fiddling around, I see that the 11.07 from Schwandorf runs as the ALX 353 up to Domazlice, then as the EX 353 to Plzen.  It is shown when you tick the IC (or ICE) boxes.  Question is then, is the Bayern-Bohmen ticket allowable on that service?  And, according to DB document:

'Grenzüberschreitender Verkehr nach Österreich und Tschechien', section 5.4.2.5 (!!!), it is:

180 Plze hl.n.– Domažlice –
