Aha, I did not read correctly either, you want to travel cheap, that is, using a Bayern ticket. (Still, to change fro a train arriving at 13.41 to one leaving at 12.44 is a bit problematic).
Despite tracks 28 and 27 being adjacent, three minutes is taking a big risk.
So, either take an earlier train from Memmingen, or use a longer stopover in München to do the shopping and take the later train to Windischeschenbach. (Or pay more and use the connection in my earlier post - otoh, that is the train from Zürich, can also get delayed after it leaves Switzerland wink)
