Shouldn't we be applauding the brewers of that obscure island nation for maintaining their traditions?  Of course naturally produced CO2 is as much a part of beer as water, wouldn't be beer without it.  Regarding hops, they should not added in the chaotic profusion they seem to be by some new brewers.
