I'm confused - what prejudice?  Doesn't seem so strange not to like beer that's had a preservative added.  Can't imagine wine buffs being too pleased to find that their Chateau Neuf du Pape had CO2 added to give it extra life!  In a world where everyone is fighting to have preservatives and taste enhancers removed from food, why are we so sanguine about CO2?Familiarity breeds apathy?
