Tax on and Documentation of Homebrewing

Anyone considering homebrewing in Deutschland can see the documentation I send in as described on Twitter a while ago:

Before the first batch in a calendar year, and for every subsequent batch before you reach 200L, leave the check-box paragraph out:

Before brewing the batch that will exceed the 200L tax-free limit:

And then before every subsequent batch:

That says that you will send in the three-page form 2075 declaring how much tax you owe on the batch. One of the checkboxes is to declare that you've not kept in accordance with some process or other. Unfortunately, this has nothing to do with keeping in line with the Reinheitsgebot, but some un-sexy specifics about shipping and trafficking.
