| I visited a doctor in Bergisch Gladbach-Bensberg in 2013. I paid the bill in cash because it was eye-blinkingly cheap compared to what I would have been charged in the USA (yep, I'm a Yank), and then submitted the bill to my (private) health insurance "provider" when I got home. Got it all back except US$20. No credit cards were involved. |
