Bamberg planning help needed

I've accompanied the Beer Corner USA group that Gerhard mentioned on their bus tours around Franconia for a few years now, save a couple times due to conflicts. They do a Reisebus tour with 30 - 40 people, and usually hit 3 locations in an evening, spending 75 - 90 minutes at a place. But they don't get started until 17.00. If you spend the whole day touring around, you should be able to get to more far-flung places easily.

(Their trip organizer is actually Beer Corner's owner Bill Baburek, with whom Chris Bettini can hook you up.)
