OT: Anything interesting in/around Hannover / Hildesheim ?

Beer-wise, Hildesheim is not very interesting. Einbecker dominates. The Knochenhauer Amtshaus in the centre has an unfiltered Hausbier by Einbecker, that one I liked.
Hannover has a few brewpubs, have only been to Ernst August once for lunch, got tasters of the available beers, a good meal and watched the brewer at work.
