OT: where to get Hefeweizen Hefe

Well taking the yeast from bottle might be doable for homebrewing etc, but without special lab, you could not use it for commercial brewery. 

Now I want to try it on the small batch (homebrewing 30 L), but for near future I plan to brew it commercially (2000 L / batch). I am not satisfied with dried WB-06...
