Danke, Jim. Bamberger Hörnla Pommes! And Laugen-Brötchen! (Pretzel buns) They say they get the beef from a local butcher, but not whether it's quality beef, or typically antibiotics-laden industromeat. I suppose I could bring my own along for them to use.
