Yes. I have heard these rumors about the Moe's  too - from a Café Abseits regular guest, who visits Moe*s sometimes (football on screens).

The Mahrsbräu has closed between sunday 3 pm and monday 4 pm. since some months.
The restaurant Kornblume nearby (250 meters)

has seen the competition chance and tap Mahrs U on gravity:
"jeden Sonntag ab 15.00 Uhr gibt es Au Mahrs Bräu bayrisch gezapft 0,5 l für 2.40 €"

I have heard that many regular guests of the brewpub Mahrs sit there.on sunday afternoon and evening.
