| The craft beers are selected by the Bierothek (David Hertl). I think a good idea for all pub owners with a lack of competence in craft beers. And the logistics is easier. The storage of the Bierothek is in the rooms of St. Erhard in the Bamberger entrepreneurs centrum. http://www.igzbamberg.de/ from where they bring the beers into the Bierothek (and to pubs etc.) And for the Bierothek it's also a win-win-situation, because they can offer some of their beers at a point of purchase. The Bierothek offers such help to develop their business as wholesaler. The Café Abseits also order some beers from the Bierothek, because it's cheaper as to sell single cases direct from the brewery (Schönramer Imperial Stout and Ayinger Celebrator Doppelbock). The Zapfhahn will also offer (an idea) beer tastings. Beersommeliers have told me, that they have been asked. |
