I got some bottles of Jack's Abbey from Jack Hendler (one of the three brothers who are the owners). He has visited the Café Abseits last week and brought me some bottles of his brewery. If someone want to taste with me ......

He has the same "problem" as Andy Gänstaller. They want to brew only bottom-fermented beers and so they brew beerstyles, which are top fermented normally, with bottom fermenting yeasts.
