| I think it's very much dependent on how soon after it's brewed that you have it. IIRC, they don't brew very often, and when they do they get their yeast from Wagner. When I was there 6 or 7 years ago, the beer was "drinkable," but you could tell in a couple of weeks it was going to be anything but. It's a neat old brewery, but having a coolship right next to your mill is probably not a good thing for beer stability. |
