| Goldochsen, Spielbach, the 'exit' interview ... we did the same, I was the one in back doing the interview and settling the bill. Wonderful memories of a delicious country lunch and that lovely pale lager. We arrived Crailsheim on a day when they were doing a local Oktoberfest, so the full range of Engel beers were on. We got there before it got too crowded. No luck with other places in the region though. Looks like there are a couple more worth seeking though. Maybe I'll make it out there and find they're all shut for a summer holiday in late July or early August? |
