Buttenheimer Löwenbräu Again

All that banter about the Vollbier at the Gaststätte and the ung. Lager at the Keller above...the brewery says it's the ung. Lager at the Gaststätte. Maybe you two can pay another visit and ask directly in the Gaststätte if it's Vollbier or Lager? Like I said, the Kellermann says they are "different beers, slightly different recipes".

Also, one is supposed to be able to observe how the tap in the Gaststätte is connected to a bayerisch Anstich Bauchfass (gravity barrel) or summat through the wall, not a CO2 keg. So I've been told, but have never thought to look myself. But then I have been in there maybe 5 times in 10 years.
