| I usually am pretty sensitive to diacetyl and didn't get any significant amount in the two beers (Vollbier) I had in Lohndorf on Sunday. The beer was fine, but nothing special, certainly not what I rememberd. It probably has been four years since I was a the brewery (though I had some nice Seidla at Mondschein when they had the Monday barrel) The bad one I had at Zapfhahn was a sour, dirty taste I usually associate with unclean lines/taps or beer that has sat in a line for a while. If it came from the brewery that way then that would be a serious infection (but I don't think that was the case) |
