Schlenkerla and Spezial

The Schlenkerla Märzen is a blend of four brewing processes. The result of each brew is different (same receipt but different strenghts of the smoke malt). They try to get a mix (in the storage tank) with the typical, regular taste.

The Schlenkerla Urbock isn't a blend, so this beer has or can have a (more) different taste every year.
