Schlenkerla and Spezial

As we usually do not visit Bamberg itself (only villages around), I could not compare at all, as I drink it at Schlenkerla maximally three times a year. I have also noticed slighly decreased smokiness.

What bothers me more is the staff there. Always when I came for a Seidla into the "beer window", I got some old beer that was poured many minutes ago, probably as result of too much foam. I am aware that my German language is not perfect, but I am definitively not a Japanese tourist who doesn't care how does it taste, just "have to try it because it is famous".
