Another classic gone!

I went to Weißeburg today, having been thwarted by the DB strike last week. I was able to find a Schneider beer in the getränkemarket on Eichstätter Strasse. However it was only the Leicht Wiesse and not very good.
The Zur kanne has the following note on the gate beside the pub
"Liebe kunden, wenn sie nicht antreffen sollten, können sie ihr leergut auch bei den örtlichen getränkemarket abgeben".

Basically take your empties some where else, preferably a drink market.

The note in the case besides the front door was advertising a Maibock, but I could see nothing to suggest that the pub doesn't open anymore. Typically today was their Ruhetag.
