There are also other restaurants in Bamberg where You can find the Wiener Schnitzel (from veal). The more expensive restaurants prefer to cook it with veal.

p.e.
- La Villa, the restaurant of the Hotel Villa Geyerswörth.
- Central, Lange Straße

Often they call it "Kalbsschnitzel" (veal Schnitzel).
The original Vienna Schnitzel is offered with a salad from potatoes and cucumbers and a slice of lemon - and maybe cranberries or in Northern Germany with anchovies and/or capers..
An old historic receipt with anchovies and capers:

You have to pay 15 to 20 Euro or more.
