I have looked the Ferienwohnung Winkler in Merkendorf. They say:
"Die genannten Preise gelten ab 7 Belegtage. Kürzere Aufenthalte gegen vereinbarten Aufschlag."
The offered prices of 50 € and 45 € tor the two apartments are calculated for one week - with an included weekly cleaning.
If You take the apartment only for a shorter time, You have to pay more (thex don't say these prices on their website). And they need the higher prices for the end cleaning, fresh towels etc.

But we have no law about the price system (but they have to say the total price before the reservation), each apartment owner can use his own price system.

They say: "Unsere Zimmerpreise (ab 4 Übernachtungen)" "Bettwäsche, Handtücher und Endreinigung inclusive" "geringer Aufpreis bei Kurzbuchungen "
So You have to pay more for 1, 2 or 3 days ("Aufpreis bei Kurzbuchungen"; additional charge for short reservation")
The reason: They need more money for the end cleaning and other works they have to do for each visit. But the costs are included in the offered price; so You have not to pay an expressly fee for the end cleaning.
