But they have to declare the price for the cleaning before the reservation. says a German judge (an article about this in German:) http://www.deutschertourismusverband.de/service/recht/preisangaben-in-der-werbung.html In the most appartments You can find two different price systems: - a constant price per night and an end cleaning fee (optional a cleaning each week, if You rest there longer). - a decresing price for 1, 2, and more nights without an end cleaning fee.You can say: the cost of end cleaning (and also for towels etc.) ist calculated in. An example of the second price system: http://www.alter-graben.de/html/index_preise.html. This system is usual in hotels, where they have a daily cleaning in the better hotels. But we have also price systems, p.e. .in hostels, where the price can only include the end cleaning, but You have to pay maybe for towels, linen, bathrobe, television etc. Maybe, if You know the owner and the owner knows You, You can discuss about the end cleaning fee (but before You make a reservation!). But in some locations they have engaged a service, who get money for the end cleaning independent of the degree of the pollution. |
