| I'm a bit confused! When we went last month, the bus from Bamberg stopped on the right hand side just before the 90 degree bend (you turn right and carry on a few metres for the pub). The bus stop going back was nearly opposite on the left hand side. There is a little garden area with benches right on the corner (r/h side direction Bamberg), then a road, then the Haltstelle. Thinking about it, the bus stop look new (posh bus shelter etc.), so maybe this has changed in the last period. The 991 is one of those confusing bus routes that has number of variations, depending on the precise journey (hour, day, etc.). Some buses stop at Debring, some don't. Some journeys go to Ampferbach, some don't. This is why it is best to check on the VGN website to make sure that the bus you want is going where you want it to! |
