Internal flights in Germany

We did SEA-FRA-NUE inbound, DUS-FRA-SEA outbound last time, and it was fine. Timing inbound was just great, we had enough time to pass thru immigration, stroll across the airport, and a very short wait before boarding our puddle jumper FRA-NUE flight. Both NUE and DUS are easy to deal with, NUE in particular being just the right size. Not at all a bad way to go, and of course picking up bags at NUE and getting out to transport (train or hire car) is a doddle compared to FRA.
