| It's a poll. You'll have to ask the poll-takers and the poll-makers. I'm just reporting the results. One of them is that Portland, Oregon, USA, at least by a certain group of poll-takers reporting, comes off very well. There is a lot of breadth, and yes, depth that has developed in the Pacific Northwestern states of the USA, and Oregon in general and Portland in particular play no small part in it. As to why a poll rating Edinburgh and Dublin above the likes of Mancunium, you've got me there, guv'nor. No idea. Purely presented for reading purposes only. |
