Enjoy. We have decided not to come down to Bamberg or the Oberpfalz after our time in the Rheinland. We're heading west instead, having booked an apartment in central Brussels, which will also be handy for when I head to Londinium and the GBBF.

Needless to say, Jean van Roy at Cantillon does not employ post coolship cooling, so there will be no brewing there. But I will be calling at both branches of Moeder Lambic, probably more than once.
