Thank you, Barry. That really encourages me to do some more homebrewing.
The mix of hops you're talking about consists of:

25 % Spalter
25 % Saphir
50 % Strisselspalter

The malt I used was:

88 % Pilsener
10 % Carahell
2 % Sauermalz

35 IBU. Stammwürze 12 %, alc. approx. 5 %.
