Belated thanks for a link

Whilst looking for something else at the bottom of the posts page came across a nice link to a video  on Bamberg tv, re goeller drosendorf posted by Nick B. The film gives a good insight into the brewing process they use (not the cleanest of breweries!) It semed that for the IPA the only thing changed was the fermantation temperature 20c and the (i think) yeast I was struggling to follow the high speed Franken speech! re the yeast.
