Bock season

I wouldn't panic too much, Andy. Like you, I'm not a great fan of strong beers, which, in general, tend to sacrifice so much taste in the pursuit of strength. I've not had so many Bocks but those that i have don't really thrill me. What I do find increasingly interesting is the variety of Keller/Fass/Lager biers -those beers that are generally found vom Fass in Kellers or Stub'n. To me, that is the real art of the brewer: to make a relatively light beer that has taste - bit like Zoigl really.
